This works just like any other Character Elimination game, except the elimination will be by 2 points using only the characters listed below. Play is basically the same except you will take -2 points away and give +2 back, etc..
Starting the count from top to bottom, there are 19 remaining characters. I used a 19 sided online dice roller. I rolled it 5 times. Here are the victims.

Pity because she was a beauty. Marriage was an option to keep the sympathetic northern bannermen in line, but that's all moot now. Starks will all be dead soon and the flayed man flies over Winterfell
